Contaminated soils	$30.00/ton + Sampling ExpensesSampling expenses are charged in addition. Contaminated soil means soil, rock, dirt or earth that has been made impure by contact, commingling or consolidation with organic compounds such as petroleum hydrocarbons; it does not include soils contaminated solely by inorganic metals that meet the definition of hazardous waste.
