Present photo identification with name and/or address matching the City Services Bill (water bill). c. The customer will pay the current per ton rate of $55.00 per ton for any material in excess of 1 ton. d. Residents may be required to leave a deposit and weigh in and out to determine accurate load tonnage. |

| Recyclable loadsResidential | no chargePhoenix residents and small commercial haulers should be prepared to sort their loads to support diversion. Items commonly diverted from the landfill include cardboard, scrap metal, plastics, appliances, lead acid batteries, clean green and wood materials. These items should be separated to be placed in the designated areas for recycling. |

The rims must be removed from the automobile tires beforehand. Under Arizona State law tires cannot be land filled and must be separated from the waste for recycling. Commercial loads of tires will not be accepted. |
| Appliances, containing refrigerant | $20 / unitAppliances must be dropped off separately from waste, recycling, or green organic material. Qualifying City residential users will receive free disposal of one refrigeration type appliance. Each additional refrigeration type appliance will require a $20 fee. Commercial loads of refrigeration type appliances will not be accepted, unless the commercial customer can provide documentation certifying the chlorofluorocarbons (CFC refrigerants) have been removed. |
| Cathode ray tube (CRT)Residential | $20 / unitResidents are allowed to take up to two CRT units per household, per month, free of charge. A fee of $20 per CRT unit will be charged after the first two units, plus additional disposal fees of $55.00 per ton (minimum $40). No commercial or Non-Profit loads of CRT units will be accepted. |
