| Yard waste, acceptable woody waste | no chargeAsotin County residents and our solid waste partners may drop-off acceptable woody waste at no charge. Accepted: tree limbs and branches, twelve (12) inches in diameter or less, and clean wood pallets. Not accepted: treated lumber, construction/demolition debris and lumber, grass clippings and leaves, municipal solid waste. Only loads consisting of acceptable wood waste materials are permitted. Loads containing a mixture of municipal solid waste and/or unacceptable wood waste materials will be disposed of in the landfill, subject to the standard gate charge. |
| Household hazardous wasteResidential | no feesThere are no fees for disposing of HHW by residents of Asotin County and our solid waste partners. Limit of 10 gallons total, or 20 containers, at a time. The HHW facility is only open Wednesdays and the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of each month, 8am to 4pm. Lithium batteries are not accepted with ordinary batteries; rechargeable, lithium and automotive batteries, electronics and light bulbs are handled separately. |

| Mixed trash | $48.00 per ton plus $1.73 3.6% state refuse tax, $49.73 totalCharged by weight. Vehicles are weighed in and weighed out on certified scales and the amount due is calculated by the pound for what is left in the landfill. A $5.00 minimum applies to loads up to 200 pounds. |
| Tires | $320.00 per tonCharged regardless of tire type, size, or quantity. Customers shall segregate tires from other waste and deposit them at a designated staging area near the landfill entrance prior to proceeding to respective public or commercial dumping sites. Tractor tires shall be further segregated from other tire types per ACRL staff direction. Ground or cut tires will be accepted at the designated staging area but are subject to this fee rather than the standard waste tipping fee, and shall not be disposed of in the public or commercial dumping sites. |
