Mixed trash	$60.00 per tonNon-specialized waste is any waste that cannot be placed into one of the specialized pits or piles. No fee is charged for the first five hundred (500) pounds in one week; the per-ton fee applies after 500 pounds in one week. Waste originating outside Power County, or presented for disposal by a non-Power County resident, will not be accepted.

Annual rate by waste volumeCommercial	Total waste volume produced annually (cu. yd.) ÷ household refuse unit (22 cu. yds.) x cost of household refuse unit ($60.00) = total solid waste fee assessedApplies to institutional, retail and wholesale businesses including, but not limited to, hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, motels, service stations, offices, banks, residential rental complexes and mobile home parks. Waste volume produced annually is waste container size (cu. yd.) x number of containers x pick ups per week x number of weeks per year x a volume adjustment of 0.65.

Mixed loads	$60.00 per tonAny load which contains specialized waste that has not been properly sorted for disposal in the specified pits and piles on site, as determined by the staff evaluating each load. Waste originating outside Power County, or presented for disposal by a non-Power County resident, will not be accepted.
Pick-up truck with no trailer, or trailer with no truck load	No charge for the first load in a day, then $10.00 per load for each load during the remainder of that dayApplies to construction/demolition material, brush and metal when properly separated, as determined by the staff evaluating each load. The first load is free because of the residential and commercial fees already charged. Waste originating outside Power County, or presented for disposal by a non-Power County resident, will not be accepted.

Contaminated load cleanup	Based on the cost of workhours plus machinery, with the minimum fee being $100.00The County reserves the right to charge for the cost of cleaning up contaminated loads dumped in specialized containers. The fee is calculated by staff.
Unsecured loads	$10.00 additional feeAn unsecured load is any load which is not sufficiently secured to prevent debris from blowing out of, falling from, or leaving the transport vehicle in any way. A secured load will be able to prevent the waste materials from escaping the load. Charged at any Power County facility.
