This includes, but is not limited to, waste that required double-handling or special unloading procedures, slows down traffic flow or site operations, causes excessive wear or damage to the equipment, requires additional processing time, cannot be compacted or processed through standard equipment, presents safety hazards to staff or equipment, or involves special handling requirements or disposal requests such as police evidence, product recalls or Waste Designation Forms. |
